HOME BRICK OVEN HACK

BRICK OVEN EXPERIENCE AT YOUR HOME.

Make a brick oven at home, with your own oven with a few tricks.

What you’ll need:

• 2 pizza stones

  OR

• 8 unglazed quarry tiles from hardware store

1. Put 2 racks in your oven.

2. Place pizza stone or quarry tiles on top rack

3. Place pizza stone or quarry tiles on bottom rack (about 3-5 inches lower than the top rack)

4. Preheat oven and stones/tiles for 45 minutes.

5. Cook your pizza on the bottom pizza stone or quarry tiles, which would be in the middle of the 2 racks.

6. Pizza will cook faster, as thermal pocket in middle of racks will be hotter than set temperature.

7. Enjoy brick oven experience at home.
