Pigs In A Blanket

 
 

GF Pigs in a blanket have never been easier!

Liked by kids and those home from college alike.

What you’ll need:

  • Hot dogs or sausages

  • Bravadough

  • Baking sheet

1.    Prepare pizza dough as described in In Starts Here

2.    Pull off portions of about 2oz (size of a small lime for most hotdogs) and roll in flour

3.     Sprinkle flour on counter and roll dough into a rope about ½ inch thick

4.     Place hotdog on one end of dough and roll it down the rope of dough, wrapping the dough around the hotdog.

5.     Gently pinch dough together when you get to the end of the rope and place on baking sheet.

6.    Bake at about 350F for about 10-14 minutes until well browned.

Note: Since gluten free dough has no elasticity, it will handle best when left on the counter while rolling the hotdog over the dough (not lifting the dough to wrap around the hotdog).
